About the Session
Why Black and White?
Black and white takes away the distraction of color, so the focus stays on your child's expressions and the little details that make them who they are right now.
Location
Sessions take place at a photography studio in Sausalito with a simple white backdrop.
Timing
Each session lasts up to 30 minutes. Some children warm up right away; others take a little longer to settle in. Either way, we go at their pace to keep things relaxed and natural.
Before the Session
You’ll receive a short prep guide with wardrobe tips and ideas for helping your child feel comfortable during the session. The goal is to keep everything easy and low-stress so they can just be themselves.
After Your Session
You’ll receive a curated gallery of final retouched images based on the package you select. All images are delivered digitally in high resolution, ready to print and share.
All ages are welcome. Sessions work best if children can sit independently.

Hi, I’m Phia. I was born and raised in Marin, and even though I’m now based in Santa Monica, it will always feel like home. I’ve been a photographer for over 10 years, and photographing kids is one of my favorite things to do. I love getting to know their little personalities and creating photos you’ll treasure for years to come. I would love to meet your family!
